The story of Coach Bash

Drop the bad habits. Unlearn the wrong teachings. Elevate your game.

Homegrown from day one. Coach Bash played at Hilltop High School in Chula Vista, then took his game to Boise State. He came home to San Diego and has been coaching professionally since 2012. For the last 10 years he has coached one position only: wide receiver. Sound fundamentals, real leaders, and helping every athlete become the best version of themselves.

The receiver the pros threw to. Before he built the academy, Coach Bash worked alongside San Diego's top private quarterback coaches as their go-to receiver. That meant thousands of workout sessions catching from NFL, CFL, and college quarterbacks, including pro day prep in 2012 with QB guru George Whitfield Jr. and EJ Manuel. He has trained wide receivers, quarterbacks, and defensive backs at every level, from youth flag to the pros.

Pro-level detail. He trained Mike Evans during his pre-draft camp in San Diego, before Evans went on to the NFL. He has also worked with Donovan McNabb, Jameis Winston, James Lofton, Jack Del Rio, Christian Kirk, and Kyle Prater. From all of it he took the details that separate receivers: timing, route running, depth management, hand-eye coordination, and boundary technique. Those are the same details he teaches San Diego wide receivers every week.

Results that travel. Since 2019 Coach Bash has helped San Diego receivers earn college scholarships from Division I to NAIA. Right now he coaches several high school and college wide receivers who are drawing interest from programs at every level. Pro day and college prep training is available right here in San Diego.
